Job Description

Job title: ServiceNow Field Technician Role Summary: Provides on‑site IT support for office environments, managing modern device endpoints, ServiceNow incident and asset processes, and physical infrastructure tasks. Expectations: Deliver timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets, maintain accurate CMDB data, support device lifecycle management, and maintain office infrastructure while ensuring compliance with security and CSDM standards. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support Intune, modern device management, patching, lifecycle scripts, and Group Policy. - Perform QA testing for endpoint management changes and updates. - Create, update, and maintain knowledge base content in ServiceNow. - Manage ServiceNow incident tickets, ensuring clear documentation and timely closure. - Maintain CMDB accuracy in line with CSDM standards. - Provide hands‑on infrastructure support (cabling, data closet organization, network rewiring). - Monitor security compliance, reporting, and remediate issues. - Operate within local travel requirements and hold a valid driver’s license. Required Skills - Experience with Intune and modern endpoint management tools. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident Management, CMDB). - Understanding of CSDM concepts and asset lifecycle management. - Hands‑on experience with physical IT infrastructure and office technology. - Familiarity with security compliance monitoring and reporting. - Strong communication and documentation skills.
