Job Specifications

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Field Technician to provide hands-on IT support across office and infrastructure environments. This role blends modern device management, ServiceNow incident and asset processes, and physical IT support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both behind the scenes in systems and out in the field keeping offices running smoothly. This is an onsite position based in New York, NY.

Starting at $24/hour.

ServiceNow Field Technician's Responsibilities And Duties

Support Intune and modern device management initiatives including Group Policy, patching, lifecycle management, and detect and remediate scripts
Perform QA testing for endpoint management changes and updates
Manage ServiceNow incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation
Maintain CMDB accuracy in alignment with CSDM standards
Create and update knowledge base documentation within ServiceNow
Provide hands-on infrastructure support including cabling, data closet organization, and network rewiring

ServiceNow Field Technician's Qualifications And Skills

Experience with Intune and modern endpoint management tools
Working knowledge of ServiceNow, including Incident Management and CMDB
Understanding of CSDM concepts and asset lifecycle management
Hands-on experience with physical IT infrastructure and office technology
Familiarity with security compliance monitoring and reporting
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
