Senior Director, Brand Management
**Role Summary**
Strategic and operational leader responsible for advancing a high‑growth fast‑casual brand at enterprise scale. Owns brand strategy, positioning, integrated marketing agenda, and commercialization engine to drive traffic, frequency, and market share across thousands of company‑owned and franchised restaurants.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and evolve brand architecture, value proposition, and identity; enforce governance across all channels.
- Lead annual and quarterly brand planning, promotional calendar, LTO pipeline, pricing, packaging, and merchandising.
- Orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring local market activation and franchisee alignment.
- Partner with Culinary/R&D, Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance to commercialize menu innovations; develop test‑and‑learn roadmaps and scale winners.
- Oversee creative development, media strategy, and optimization across TV/CTV, digital, social, OOH, and influencer channels.
- Collaborate with Digital/Product, CRM, and Loyalty to grow acquisition, activation, frequency, and personalization.
- Champion measurement rigor: MMM, incremental lift, A/B testing, unified dashboards linking brand and performance outcomes.
- Ensure brand consistency across restaurants, drive‑thru, third‑party delivery, kiosks, and packaging; partner on store design, crew training, and operational readiness.
- Lead reputation and purpose initiatives in partnership with Comms/PR, embedding DEI, sustainability, and responsible marketing.
- Manage and scale a high‑performing team of brand managers; select and manage external agency partners across creative, media, PR, social, and research.
**Required Skills**
- 12+ years of progressive brand/marketing leadership in QSR/fast‑casual, multi‑unit retail, or CPG, with national‑scale experience.
- Proven track record building enduring brands while driving traffic, sales, and market share.
- Expertise in integrated marketing, calendar/P&L management, and large‑scale product launches.
- Fluency in digital growth levers: loyalty, CRM, app, delivery marketplaces, performance media.
- Advanced data‑driven decision making: testing, MMM, incremental lift, and translating insights into action.
- Ability to influence across franchised systems and field organizations.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
