Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Developer
Role Summary: Senior developer responsible for end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations, custom development, and administration. Works remotely to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools, while integrating with external systems and managing deployments.
Expectations: 5+ years of Salesforce development or administration, deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, strong problem‑solving and communication skills, familiarity with Agile processes, continuous certification maintenance, and proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain Salesforce flows, Process Builder logic, and other declarative automations.
- Utilize Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Mass Update, Data Export) and deployment tools (Change Sets, Force.com IDE, Salesforce CLI).
- Integrate Salesforce with external platforms via Boomi, APIs, or other middleware.
- Participate in change management, version control (Azure DevOps or similar), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform system administration tasks: user management, security configuration, data quality, and performance monitoring.
- Translate business needs with functional teams into technical solutions.
- Resolve technical issues, debug, document solutions, and provide user training.
Required Skills:
- Apex programming, trigger development, and Lightning Web Components expertise.
- Proficiency with Salesforce flows, Process Builder, and declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce data tools and data security best practices.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of version control and Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent) required or in progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
