Job Details:

Senior Windows & VMware Infrastructure Lead

Lead and support enterprise Windows Server and VMware environments with a focus on availability, security, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities:

Own Windows Server and VMware platforms; lead major incidents and changes

Manage DR strategy, testing, and recovery readiness

Coordinate with network, storage, security, and architecture teams

Oversee patching, capacity planning, and performance optimization

Manage vendors, hardware lifecycle, and escalations

Ensure audit readiness, asset accuracy, and operational governance

Mentor offshore teams; drive automation and standardization

Core Skills:

Windows Server (2012–2022)

Active Directory, DNS, GPO, IIS

VMware vSphere / vCenter (HA, DRS, vMotion, clustering)

SCCM patching, backup & recovery, DR (VMware SRM)

Data center operations and ITSM (ServiceNow)

Enterprise hardware (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS)

Strong stakeholder communication and change leadership

Nice to Have:

PowerShell automation

vROps / monitoring tools

Hybrid cloud exposure (Azure/AWS)

Security and compliance frameworks
