Job Title: People Program & Operations Lead Role Summary: Lead and optimize end‑to‑end people operations while designing and delivering impactful people programs. Balance routine employee support with strategic initiatives that leverage technology and AI to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency. Expectations: - Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high‑quality employee experience. - Develop and execute people programs that align with business objectives and culture. - Drive process improvements through data analysis and automation. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Core People Operations (70‑80%)** – Onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, payroll accuracy, policy support, employee inquiries, compliance monitoring. 2. **People Programs (20‑30%)** – Own performance management, promotion & compensation cycles, employee relations, program design, and rollout. 3. **Process Improvement & Automation** – Identify inefficiencies, implement AI‑driven tools, streamline workflows, produce reports. 4. **Project Management** – Lead cross‑functional projects, manage timelines, stakeholder communication, budget oversight. Required Skills: - 5+ years in HR or People Operations with hands‑on execution focus. - Proficiency with HRIS systems, Google Workspace (advanced Sheets), project management tools. - Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and the full employee lifecycle. - Excellent organizational, detail orientation, and multitasking abilities. - Clear written and verbal communication, interpersonal empathy, and stakeholder collaboration. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience preferred).
