Serve as the primary technical liaison for installation partners and customers, providing second‑level troubleshooting, hotline support, and escalation to advanced service teams. Expectations: - Maintain continuous supervision of charging station operations and platforms. - Proactively detect and resolve anomalies before they impact service. - Coordinate with installation partners during deployment and maintenance. - Manage passive and dynamic power settings post‑installation. - Escalate complex issues to senior technical or spare‑parts teams. - Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the organization grows. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and administer internal supervision platforms for charging stations. - Monitor platform health, detect anomalies, and perform preventive actions. - Configure and optimise passive/dynamic power management for stations. - Provide technical expertise in OCPP, load management, and network protocols. - Support partners during installation and commissioning of charging units. - Lead the customer hotline, resolving Tier‑2 issues and escalating critical cases. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and meet customer needs.
