Job Title HR Analyst Intern Role Summary Internship within the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team focused on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to align HR practices with business objectives and enhance employee experience. Expatations Value confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions. Maintain strong analytical rigor and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Partner with HRBPs on projects for assigned business groups. • Gather, analyze, and present HR metrics (headcount, turnover, promotions, engagement). • Document workflows, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend enhancements. • Conduct research on HR best practices, benchmarking, and industry trends. • Prepare materials for leadership meetings, employee communications, and presentations. • Support ad hoc initiatives such as compensation analysis, workforce planning, and organizational development. Required Skills • Analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas). • Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Required Education & Certifications • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. • No specific certifications required.
