We are looking for a motivated and curious HR Analyst Intern to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. This role will provide exposure to the strategic side of HR, supporting initiatives that align people practices with business goals. A key focus will be on HR data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and the employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional interested in gaining practical HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:Partner with HRBPs to support ongoing projects and initiatives across assigned business groups. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, promotions, engagement insights) to support business decisions. Contribute to process improvement efforts by documenting workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, and recommending enhancements. Conduct research on HR best practices, benchmarking, and industry trends to inform HRBP initiatives. Help prepare materials for leadership meetings, employee communications, and presentations. Collaborate with HRBPs on ad hoc projects that touch areas like compensation analysis, workforce planning, or organizational development. Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas); familiarity with Power BI or similar tools a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

The wage range for this role reflects the wide array of factors considered in compensation decisions. These factors include, but are not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are based on the unique facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the hourly range is up to $19.00/hr.This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. It is classified as exempt under applicable law.
