My client is seeking a Business Analyst to support high-impact HR transformation initiatives. You will work with stakeholders across all levels to analyze processes, identify improvements, and deliver solutions that align with strategic goals. This role suits a proactive, analytical professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
Analyze processes, workflows, and data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with project and technical teams to design and implement solutions.
Lead cross-functional projects, manage scope, risks, and timelines.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to drive alignment and adoption.
Support change management efforts to ensure successful process and system transitions.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and process improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in business analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Tableau, Power BI).
Skilled at building relationships across organizational levels.
