**Job Title:** Project Manager (SaaS Implementation)
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end SaaS implementation projects, developing plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.
- Demonstrate ownership of risk, issue, and change management processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations for SaaS initiatives.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to confirm scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with IT and vendor project managers to monitor infrastructure dependencies, legacy integration, data integration, deployment, and testing activities.
- Provide regular status updates, milestone reviews, and maintain issue logs, change requests, and risk registers.
- Lead risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution efforts.
- Document project deliverables, decisions, and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
**Required Skills:**
- Experience leading SaaS or cloud‑based implementation projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, or equivalent).
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, risk, issue, and change control capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder, vendor, and cross‑functional team management.
- Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
