Title: Product Operations Specialist
Location: Remote US
Duration: 6 Months to start with
The Product & Regulatory Operations team is a vital part of our client's commitment to user and business safety on its platforms, delivering operations for emerging and critical priorities across Client and Global Operations and in close partnership with product/engineering, legal and Cross functional stakeholders.
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will work on projects that will help drive growth, engagement, and quality of Client products. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong product sense, who can work with cross functional teams in complex, multi-platform efforts to improve experience through data analysis and storytelling, while maintaining clarity of product vision and organizational awareness.
Must-Have Skills
Supporting reliability initiations and data incident investigations, manage external vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in incident response and reliability programs.
Designing, implementing, and continuously improving complex processes for incident detection, regression management, and operational workflows
Stakeholder management/cross functional team experience
Nice-to-have Skills
Data visualization and reporting tools

Responsibilities
Support program execution strategy for multiple areas of products and the platform – includes kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts, accelerating execution, and improving quality/outcomes for product objectives via programmatic solutions.
Collect and analyze product data and users from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders and support decision-making.
General program management to identify opportunities and see challenges before they arise, predict roadblocks, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and execute on plans.
Proactively identify program risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly.
Experience
Direct experience supporting reliability initiatives, including managing and resolving regressions and data incident investigations.
Demonstrated ability to manage external vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in incident response and reliability programs.
Proven skills in designing, implementing, and continuously improving complex processes for incident detection, regression management, and operational workflows.
Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, deliver insights, and drive improvements in regression and SEV management; experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
Ability to synthesize incident and regression data to inform cross-functional teams and influence product or process changes.
