**Job Title:** Senior Manager, Demand Generation **Role Summary:** Lead enterprise demand generation and account‑based marketing (ABM) strategy to drive qualified pipeline growth within strategic target accounts. Partner closely with enterprise sales to translate account plans into multi‑channel marketing campaigns, accelerate deals, and expand relationships across buying committees. **Expectations:** - 5+ years B2B demand generation or ABM experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology. - Proven record of designing and executing ABM programs that generate pipeline and revenue impact. - Strong collaboration with sales leadership and ability to align marketing tactics with sales priorities. - Analytical, results‑driven mindset with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and own ABM strategy for priority accounts, identifying key stakeholders and buying groups. - Design, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, email, direct outreach) to create new conversations and qualified opportunities. - Partner with enterprise sales to align marketing activities with account plans, support deal acceleration, and ensure timely lead activation. - Monitor account engagement, track pipeline metrics, and continuously refine programs for greater impact. - Define campaign messaging, targeting, and measurement criteria; coordinate execution with marketing operations. **Required Skills:** - Account‑based marketing program development and execution. - Demand generation tactics across digital, events, email, and outbound outreach. - Sales collaboration and pipeline acceleration. - Data analysis and performance reporting. - Proficiency with HubSpot, Asana, Clay, ABM/digital advertising platforms, and campaign analytics tools. - Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication abilities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required; certifications in HubSpot, ABM platforms, or marketing analytics are a plus.
