**Job Title** Senior Divisional Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) **Role Summary** Lead the strategic creation, management, and execution of demand‑generation and customer‑marketing initiatives within the Recruitment Division. Own all marketing programs across the recruitment‑technology portfolio, drive AI‑enabled innovation, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive stakeholders to accelerate pipeline and revenue. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable pipeline growth and ROI for all recruitment‑technology propositions. - Provide data‑driven insights, regular performance reports, and actionable recommendations. - Champion AI and emerging MarTech solutions to maintain market leadership. - Mentor and develop a small marketing team. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop multi‑channel demand‑generation strategies aligned with sales goals and persona‑based objectives. 2. Own the division’s marketing strategy for ATS/CRM, AI recruitment tools, and talent‑acquisition platforms. 3. Manage inbound and outbound channels: email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, social media, and AI‑powered platforms. 4. Design and execute ABM programs using AI‑driven personalisation and predictive analytics to move key accounts through the funnel. 5. Leverage AI and machine‑learning tools to optimise targeting, content, and automation workflows. 6. Continuously track, measure, and analyse campaign performance; report results versus targets to senior leadership. 7. Collaborate with C‑level executives, sales leaders, product, and product‑marketing teams to align messaging and go‑to‑market tactics. 8. Stay current on AI and MarTech innovations, recommending implementations that yield competitive advantage. 9. Lead and coach two direct reports, setting clear objectives and ensuring execution quality. **Required Skills** - Proven digital demand‑generation expertise in B2B technology environments. - Strong strategic planning and execution across the full customer lifecycle. - Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered content, chatbots, personalisation engines, and marketing automation. - Advanced data‑driven campaign management using tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar. - Demonstrated ability to develop and roll out go‑to‑market strategies for B2B tech solutions. - Deep understanding of the MarTech stack with a focus on AI‑enabled technologies. - Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and analytical communication. - Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Professional certifications in MarTech platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) accepted. - Knowledge or certification in AI machine‑learning applications for marketing highly desirable.
