Role Overview:
This role requires you to lead the strategic creation, management and execution of key marketing initiatives within our Recruitment Division. As a senior member of the Recruitment marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive demand generation and customer marketing strategies that promote our portfolio of recruitment technology solutions. You will own the success of divisional marketing programs, report to senior leadership, and work closely with sales, product management, and external partners across the recruitment technology sector.
This job requires excellent proven digital marketing expertise coupled with strong strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns aligned to proposition personas/audiences and sales objectives to build pipeline and achieve revenue goals across the Recruitment division
Lead the divisional marketing strategy covering all recruitment technology propositions including ATS/CRM solutions, AI-powered recruitment tools, and talent acquisition platforms
Manage and optimise all inbound and outbound demand generation channels including email, digital advertising, SEO, webinars, social media, and emerging AI-powered marketing platforms
Design and execute sophisticated ABM programs that successfully engage target accounts and move them effectively through the buyer's journey, utilising AI-driven personalisation and predictive analytics
Leverage AI and machine learning tools to optimise campaign performance, audience targeting, content personalisation, and marketing automation workflows
Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline for multiple stakeholders, utilising AI-powered analytics tools to derive insights, making strategic recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets, and adopting innovative AI-driven approaches
Strategic stakeholder management: collaborate with and influence a variety of senior stakeholders - C-level executives, sales leadership, marketing, product and product marketing teams
Stay ahead of AI innovations in marketing technology and identify opportunities to implement cutting-edge solutions that drive competitive advantage
Lead a team of 2 direct reports
Your skills and experiences might also include:
A proven track record in digital demand generation marketing that accelerates growth in sales, new customer acquisition and market leadership within B2B technology environments
Extensive marketing experience across strategic planning and execution with strong understanding of media content and its application throughout the customer lifecycle
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools for marketing optimisation including: AI-powered content generation, predictive analytics, chatbots, personalisation engines, and marketing automation platforms
Experience in data-driven campaign management, using advanced reporting tools and AI analytics to analyse performance and drive strategic planning (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Proven expertise in developing and delivering go-to-market strategies for B2B technology solutions
Strategic thinker with a can-do/take-charge attitude and high energy, comfortable operating in the fast-paced and dynamic environment that is Access
Knowledge of MarTech stack and its strategic application, with emphasis on AI-enabled marketing technologies
Passionate about customers with an inquisitive mind and curiosity around innovation in marketing, particularly AI and emerging technologies
Proven experience managing and prioritising multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills with ability to
