Job title: Entertainment Marketing
Role Summary:
Support development and execution of cross-company marketing strategies for Peacock’s ‘Pay 1’ film offerings and licensed film collection. Drive campaign performance insights, competitive analysis, and partnership coordination across media, creative, and product teams.
Expectations:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Film/Entertainment, Direct‑to‑Consumer marketing, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or similar.
- U.S. work authorization; 18+ years; availability for overtime, weekday evenings, and weekends on short notice.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and creative problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and support cross‑company marketing plans for Peacock film portfolio.
- Prepare internal briefings (Media, Performance, CRM, Social, Editorial) and monitor campaign metrics.
- Coordinate meetings: schedule, agendas, post‑meeting notes.
- Update movie rubric and tracking documents for release prioritization.
- Lead monthly competitive tracking and reporting with media/creative teams.
- Draft After‑Action Reports summarizing campaign effectiveness and lessons learned.
- Create PowerPoint presentations for marketing briefs, launch plans, and leadership meetings.
- Track film acquisition and engagement rates; propose tactics to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate operational support between Peacock and film partners (meetings, documentation).
- Coordinate with editorial, product, on‑platform promo, and partner marketing to amplify film offering.
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer awareness shifts across streaming services.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills across departments.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination.
