**Job Title:** Sr. Java/Angular 18 Developer
**Role Summary:** Senior Java developer with balanced expertise in middle-tier (50%) and presentation-tier (50%) development, responsible for full-stack web application design, development, and integration. Ensures high performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across backend and frontend components.
**Expactations:** 5+ years developing web applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Proficiency in backend (Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate/MyBatis, RESTful services) and frontend (Angular, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, AJAX, XML/XSLT, JSON) technologies. Must-have experience: GitHub Copilot in Agent mode for Java development, cross-browser/platform compatibility solutions, and web application security best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:** Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into designs; develop, test, and maintain code for full-stack applications; create unit tests and support functional/system testing; deploy applications and assist with production support; design interoperable components; optimize database performance and ensure security/standards compliance.
**Required Skills:** Core Java (multi-threading, Executor framework), Spring (MVC, REST), Hibernate/MyBatis, RESTful web services, Angular, JavaScript (modern libraries), JSP/CSS/HTML, AJAX/XML/XSLT/JSON, SQL (design, stored procedures), application servers (JBoss, Tomcat).
**Required Education & Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
