Generate qualified meetings and demos for senior sales executives in a fast‑growing EdTech SaaS environment. **Expectations**: - Meet or exceed KPIs for qualified meetings booked and conversion rates. - Demonstrate resilience, target‑driven mindset, and proactive communication. - Adapt outreach strategies to North American (primarily U.S.) educational culture. - Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and funnel tactics. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct targeted research to identify leads within school districts and language programs. - Execute multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to engage educators and decision‑makers. - Run discovery calls, qualify prospects, and schedule high‑quality demos. - Manage and optimize the funnel using HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and Starbridge AI. - Collaborate with a full‑cycle sales rep and marketing team to refine outreach strategies. - Consistently hit metrics for qualified meetings booked and conversion rates. **Required Skills**: - Minimum 1+ year experience in SDR, BDR, or B2B inside‑sales roles (SaaS, EdTech, or government/education sales preferred). - Strong written and verbal communication, especially when explaining complex value propositions to educators. - Resilient, target‑driven, proactive, and positive attitude. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, mission‑driven team. - Curiosity, coachability, and motivation to grow within a scaling sales organization. - Comfortable researching and adapting to U.S. educational culture and buyer personas. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred (not mandatory). - No specific certifications required.
