Job Title: Front‑End Developer (Next.js + TypeScript)
Role Summary:
Build and optimize high‑performance, responsive web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Collaborate with designers and back‑end engineers to deliver clean, scalable, and SEO‑friendly user interfaces.
Expectations:
* Deliver robust, accessible UI components that meet design specifications.
* Maintain code quality through reviews, architecture input, and best‑practice documentation.
* Continuously improve application performance, page speed, and SEO for SSR/SSG.
* Participate in CI/CD workflows, containerized development, and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance user‑facing features in Next.js/React.
2. Integrate REST or GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.
3. Write reusable, testable code (unit/integration) using Jest/Cypress/Playwright.
4. Optimize web performance and implement SEO best‑practices.
5. Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain codebase health.
6. Collaborate on front‑end, design, and back‑end teams to deliver quality releases.
7. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement fixes.
8. Maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar) and Docker environments.
Required Skills:
* 2+ years professional front‑end development experience.
* Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
* Solid HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
* Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).
* Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, SSR, and SSG.
* Version control with Git and collaborative workflows.
* Knowledge of Docker for development environments.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Vercel).
* Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
* Basic understanding of Node.js for backend integration.
* Performance monitoring and analytics awareness.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience acceptable). No specific certifications required.
