**Job Title:** Sales Development Representative **Role Summary:** Entry‑level sales professional responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and coordinating meetings for senior sales staff. Focuses on high‑volume outreach, pipeline development, and accurate CRM documentation. **Expactations:** - Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets (calls, emails, qualified leads). - Maintain a professional, coachable attitude and continuously improve sales techniques. - Accurately record all interactions and pipeline data in the CRM system. - Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to identify potential customers. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria. - Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and meetings for Account Executives. - Track and update outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline metrics in the CRM. - Perform consistent follow‑up with prospects to nurture pipeline growth. - Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on lead quality and messaging effectiveness. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette. - Ability to work toward activity‑based goals and meet quotas. - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office productivity tools. - High level of organization, attention to detail, and time‑management. - Coachability, willingness to learn, and a positive, energetic attitude. **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred). - No specific certifications required; sales or customer‑service training is a plus.
