Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Jersey City, NJ | Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE) | Contract

We are hiring an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support lead generation and early-stage sales efforts. This role is well-suited for someone looking to grow in sales and business development.

Responsibilities

Prospect new leads through outbound calls and emails

Qualify inbound and outbound leads

Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives

Track outreach activity in CRM systems

Support pipeline growth through consistent follow-up

Qualifications

1+ years of sales, SDR, or call center experience preferred

Strong verbal communication and confidence on the phone

Comfortable working toward activity-based goals

Coachable and eager to learn
