**Job Title:**
Program Management Lead – ServiceNow
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end “Idea‑to‑Value” program by driving adoption, maturity, and governance of an AI‑enabled ServiceNow SPM platform. Serve as the primary bridge between senior leadership, business units, IT, and finance to ensure strategic initiatives are planned, prioritized, and executed efficiently, delivering measurable commercial and customer outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or portfolio management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow (preferably ServiceNow SPM).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, high‑visibility initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and change‑leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Align business strategy with the “Idea‑to‑Value” initiative, building a unified AI‑driven ServiceNow platform to maximize customer and commercial value.
2. Champion ServiceNow SPM adoption as the single source of truth for demand, resource, project, and portfolio management across the organization.
3. Design, implement, and continuously improve portfolio‑management processes (demand intake, prioritization, capacity planning, financial tracking) using ServiceNow SPM features.
4. Act as the central liaison among business, IT, and finance stakeholders to ensure clear communication, priority alignment, and effective platform utilization.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow to provide leadership visibility into portfolio health, resource allocation, and strategic‑goal attainment; deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
6. Own the ServiceNow SPM roadmap, ensuring it evolves with changing enterprise needs.
7. Establish governance standards for data and portfolio processes; create and deliver training programs to enable consistent platform usage.
**Required Skills:**
- ServiceNow SPM configuration, administration, and reporting.
- Portfolio and demand management methodology.
- Process design and continuous‑improvement techniques.
- Data analysis, visualization, and KPI reporting.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Project Portfolio Management) preferred.
