Job title: AI Productivity Engineer Intern Role Summary Intern to lead the design, build, and operationalization of a robust, industrialized evaluation pipeline for productivity AI agents (“Dust”). Work under the AI Productivity Lead Engineer to define quality metrics, curate test sets, engineer a reproducible assessment framework, and deploy dashboards and alerts in a production environment. Expectations - 6‑month internship starting 6 January 2026, full‑time. - Deliver a functioning evaluation platform (Python/TypeScript) with integrated LLM‑as‑Judge and metric collection. - Produce automated weekly test campaigns, versioned results, and actionable alerts. - Transition production pipeline to sustainable runbooks for the senior engineering team. - Communicate progress through technical documentation and brief trainings. Key Responsibilities 1. Benchmark and research evaluation methods (LLM‑as‑Judge, golden sets, pairwise, human‑in‑the‑loop). 2. Define quality criteria by agent type (accuracy, robustness, security, cost, latency). 3. Design an end‑to‑end evaluation pipeline: datasets, orchestration, run storage, traceability. 4. Spec and integrate pipeline into existing Dust agents and CI/CD workflows. 5. Build dashboards and alerting for adoption, regressions, and SLO compliance. 6. Implement platform in Python/TypeScript; automate weekly test runs and result versioning. 7. Deploy pipeline, dashboards and alerts to internal production. 8.
