Job Title: Graphic Designer (Midweight – Brand Experience) Role Summary: A hands‑on, midweight Graphic / Social Media Designer responsible for creating and maintaining visual assets across social media, digital advertising, email, and web platforms for a premium ethical children’s apparel brand. Works in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, partnering with internal teams and external partners to uphold brand integrity and drive engagement. Expactations: - Deliver 3 organic social posts per day and 30–50 paid media creatives per month. - Maintain consistent brand visual identity across all touchpoints. - Transition agency‑managed design work to an in‑house workflow. - Support digital marketing, email, and website design campaigns as needed. - Uphold the brand’s premium, sustainable positioning in all creative outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Design static and motion graphics for social media channels. - Produce paid digital advertising assets (banner, carousel, video). - Create and update email templates, website splash pages, and other digital assets. - Collaborate with marketing, production, and external partners to ensure cohesive brand presentation. - Provide creative input and hands‑on support for cross‑functional marketing initiatives. - Keep brand guidelines updated and ensure compliance across all media. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma. - Experience creating social media content and paid digital advertising creatives. - Ability to design both static and motion graphics (e.g., GIFs, short videos). - Strong conceptualization of brand visuals and storytelling. - Self‑starter with end‑to‑end project ownership. - Experience in e‑commerce or retail brand design, preferably within premium/luxury categories. - Comfortable working in a high‑velocity, collaborative studio environment.
