Partner with product & engineering to evolve API integrations, improve partner experience, and implement AI‑driven automation. 4. Own performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement of partnership KPIs. 7. Champion platform enhancements that increase partner efficiency and adoption. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of executive experience in sales, partnerships, or marketplace roles. - Proven track record of scaling high‑value partnerships in fast‑growing tech/platform environments. - Leadership of large, multi‑functional teams (≥50 direct/indirect). - Technical fluency with API‑driven partnerships, platform integrations, and data‑driven partner management. - Global operating mindset and cross‑functional influence. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial execution. **Required Education & Certifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent) required.
