Job Description
**Job Title** Enterprise Account Executive **Role Summary** Senior enterprise sales executive responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with large, complex organizations. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from new‑logo prospecting through expansion of existing accounts, to deliver revenue growth in a high‑velocity, SaaS‑based automation environment. **Expectations** - Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets. - Maintain ≥4× forecast coverage with accurate pipeline in Salesforce. - Deliver enterprise deals >$100K ACV, including new logos and upsell opportunities. - Demonstrate disciplined account penetration, deal velocity, and win rates. **Key Responsibilities** - Generate qualified pipeline through targeted new‑logo acquisition and expansion initiatives. - Collaborate with marketing to leverage campaigns, events, and webinars to accelerate pipeline. - Partner with channel and alliance teams to pursue co‑selling opportunities with GSIs, VARs, and technology partners. - Build and execute strategic account plans, identifying stakeholders, triggers, and value‑driven use cases. - Conduct consultative, value‑based sales conversations with C‑suite and decision‑makers in IT, QA, and Business Operations. - Coordinate with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions and ensure seamless customer experience. - Capture market insights and customer feedback to inform go‑to‑market strategy and product roadmap. **Required Skills** - Proven enterprise SaaS sales track record, closing multi‑stakeholder deals >$100K ACV. - Demonstrated success in new‑logo acquisition and upsell within existing accounts. - Experience with partner/channel sales models (GSIs, VARs, technology partners). - Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN). - Strong business acumen, financial mindset, and ability to navigate large, matrixed organizations. - Excellent communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills. - Self‑starter with grit, tenacity, and adaptability in fast‑changing environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - SaaS sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) preferred.
