Job Description

Job Title: Java/J2EE Full Stack Developer Role Summary: Lead and develop enterprise‑grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Angular. Design and maintain microservices, REST/SOAP web services, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure high performance, availability, and code quality across a distributed system. Expectations: - Deliver robust, scalable code that meets performance and reliability benchmarks. - Mentor and guide a team of 4‑6 developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and DevOps to meet sprint goals in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement Java/J2EE services, microservices, and Angular front‑end components. - Build and consume SOAP/REST web services, integrating with MS SQL and NoSQL databases. - Design CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments using MS Azure DevOps. - Write unit tests (JUnit) and automated UI tests (Selenium); enforce code quality through reviews. - Convert and manipulate XML/XSL data for API integration. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. - Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, ensuring low latency and high throughput. - Maintain documentation for architecture, APIs, and deployment processes.
