Additional Requirements:

Solid understanding of coding standards and practices, with the ability to enforce and review code quality

Experience in building high-performance systems with high throughput, high availability, and low latency

Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and support team deliverables

Ability to independently interpret and work with XML data

Technical Skill Set:

Proven experience leading a team of 4-6 developers

Strong proficiency in:

Java/J2EE

JUnit

Spring Boot

Angular

MSSQL

SOAP / REST web services

Microservice Architecture (SOAP / REST)

SQL and NoSQL databases

CI/CD pipelines

MS Azure DevOps (ADO)

XML / XSL

Selenium
