Job Title: Business System Analyst Role Summary: Senior analyst driving optimization of lending solutions through data‑driven insights and process redesign. Works across product, development, and operations to align lending products with market standards. Expactations: • Deliver actionable analysis that improves efficiency and user experience. • Communicate findings to leadership through clear reports and presentations. • Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into functional specifications. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze current lending processes and systems to spot improvement opportunities. • Gather and document business requirements for new and existing lending products. • Develop functional specifications and user stories for development teams. • Conduct data analysis (SQL, visualizations) to support decision‑making. • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management. Required Skills: • 8+ years as Business Analyst in lending or related domain, preferably ACBS. • Deep knowledge of lending processes, regulations, and technology. • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
