Job Description:

*We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Lending Platform team.

*In this critical role, you will maximise your extensive analytical skills and domain expertise to drive the success of our lending solutions by translating complex business needs into actionable insights.

*The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, finding opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with multi-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

*You will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our lending products, ensuring that they are aligned with industry standards and customer expectations.

In this role, you will:

*Analyze current lending processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities.

*Collaborate with collaborators to gather and document business requirements for new and existing lending products.

*Develop functional specifications and user stories to guide development teams in creating solutions.

*Perform data analysis to support decision-making and critical initiatives.

*Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

What you'll need to succeed (required skills):

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

*Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working in an application related to Lending Platform preferably ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System)

*Solid understanding of lending processes, regulations, and technologies.

*Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL and data visualization software.

*Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen ability to analyze complex datasets.
