Job Title: Senior Manager / AVP – Performance Analytics
Role Summary: Own end‑to‑end corporate performance and investment analytics functions, deliver KPI design, measurement and reporting, and support senior leadership on strategy and data governance.
Expectations: Deliver high‑quality performance insights, drive reporting accuracy, and enhance data quality and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate KPI lifecycle: design, target‑setting, measurement, and reporting.
- Analyze performance results, prepare insights, and present to senior stakeholders and board committees.
- Facilitate annual performance target setting via research, trend analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking.
- Cascade corporate KPIs to business units and functional teams.
- Maintain performance methodologies and frameworks for consistency and best‑practice alignment.
- Serve as primary contact for third‑party KPI validation.
- Provide analytical support on investment benchmarking, market analysis, valuation review inputs, and board materials.
- Monitor global macroeconomic developments and synthesize insights for investment decision‑making.
- Produce quantitative analytics on market conditions, risks, and performance drivers.
- Contribute macroeconomic and strategy perspectives to the investment process.
- Act as subject‑matter expert on SimCorp and performance‑related data governance.
- Lead initiatives on data architecture, quality, controls, and reporting enhancements.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to automate and improve analytical workflows.
- Support the COO on strategic projects, corporate strategy development, research initiatives, town‑hall preparation, and ad‑hoc analysis.

Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (minimum).
- CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in investment performance, data analytics, or related areas.
- Experience with KPI frameworks, target setting, and corporate performance reporting.
- Exposure to data governance and analytics tools (SimCorp experience is a plus).
