**Job Title:** IT Support Analyst - Intern **Role Summary:** Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and assist with IT operations in an enterprise environment. Gain experience in system maintenance, software configuration, and asset management under supervision. **Expactations:** - Currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program. - Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication, teamwork, and time management abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to technical requests via ticketing systems/email, resolving login, software, and connectivity issues. - Set up workstations by installing OS, configuring accounts, and connecting peripherals. - Install/configure software, apply updates, and maintain system security. - Track IT assets, manage inventory, and support equipment audits. - Administer user accounts, resets passwords, and manage access in Active Directory/Microsoft 365. - Document support activities, update knowledge bases, and assist with IT projects (e.g., upgrades, cybersecurity). - Communicate with users and teams to resolve issues efficiently. **Required Skills:** - Windows/macOS troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud tools. - Basic networking knowledge (e.g., interpreting diagrams, connectivity support). - Strong analytical thinking and written/oral communication. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - No certifications required.
