**Job Title:**
CCM Developer (Senior Consultant)
**Role Summary:**
Senior consultant responsible for end‑to‑end design, development, integration, and deployment of Quadient Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. Deliver scalable, compliant communication platforms for enterprise clients, oversee migrations from legacy systems, and enable user adoption.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain full consulting engagement cycle: problem definition, solution architecture, development, deployment, and client enablement.
- Demonstrate deep domain knowledge of Quadient products and industry best practices.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, schedule, and regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and architect enterprise‑scale CCM solutions using Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive modules.
- Lead and participate in template rationalization, legacy-to‑Quadient migration projects.
- Configure admin settings: user provisioning, approval processes, workflow definitions.
- Develop scripts, functions, data transformations, and data mapping for output generation.
- Build interactive communications and workflow logic.
- Conduct solution demos, provide technical guidance, and support client enablement sessions.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (project managers, QA, operations) to ensure governance and SDLC compliance.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 10 years’ hands‑on experience with Quadient product suite.
- Proven expertise in Quadient Scaler, Inspire Designer, and Interactive technologies.
- End‑to‑end enterprise integration experience, including data mapping, transformations, and output configurations.
- Strong understanding of CCM architecture, SDLC governance, and best practices.
- Experience with template rationalization, legacy migration, and admin setup (users, approvals, workflows).
- Proficient in scripting and function development for interactive communications.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Quadient or equivalent CCM certification (preferred).
