We’re Hiring: CCM Developer (Senior Consultant) — USC & GC Only

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens & Green Card holders only (mandatory)

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned CCM Developer (Senior Consultant) with deep expertise in Quadient CCM solutions to design, integrate, and deliver enterprise-scale customer communication platforms. This role spans the full consulting lifecycle—problem definition, solution architecture, development, deployment, and client enablement—driving impactful, compliant, and scalable communication experiences.

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills

USC or Green Card holder only
10+ years of hands-on experience with the Quadient product suite
Strong end-to-end enterprise integration experience using Quadient Scaler & Interactive
Deep hands-on expertise across Inspire Designer, Scaler, and Interactive
Proven experience with template rationalization, legacy-to-Quadient migration, and admin setup (users, approvals, workflows)
Hands-on skills in scripts/functions, data transformations, data mapping, and output configurations
Solid experience building Interactive communications and workflows
Strong understanding of CCM architecture, SDLC governance, and best practices
