Job Description
**Job Title** Project Manager / Leader – Contract (Short‑Term) **Role Summary** Lead and manage complex projects within a healthcare environment, coordinating cross‑functional teams, gathering requirements, and overseeing documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Provide status reporting and risk oversight to senior management while ensuring compliance with Ontario health information legislation. **Expectations** - Minimum 5 years in project management with demonstrable experience in scope, risk, cost, and quality controls. - Proven ability to coordinate working groups, maintain progress logs, and produce actionable reports. - Deep familiarity with Ontario personal health information privacy regulations. - Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct requirements gathering, develop briefing notes, presentations, and partner engagement materials. - Coordinate meetings with clinical, business, and technical stakeholders; maintain action items and risk updates. - Contribute to DHIEX Program documentation: meeting materials, dashboards, reporting tools, and engagement activities. - Develop stakeholder engagement and HIC engagement strategies, including advisory services and evaluation. - Champion standards and interoperability for assigned deliverables. - Prepare senior/program management reports, presentations, and implementation plans. - Escalate issues, update project sites, and maintain status logs. **Required Skills** - Project status report development and monitoring. - Partner engagement and management across multiple stakeholders, vendors, and partners. - Analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, negotiation, and communication skills. - Team collaboration and deadline‑oriented delivery. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field. - Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred. ---
