Job Description: Job title: Full Stack Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and frontend components. Responsible for end‑to‑end solution delivery, performance optimization, and production incident response. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality code on time, adhere to coding standards, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities - Design & implement scalable backend services using Node.js and Java. - Develop RESTful APIs and microservices. - Build & maintain frontend components with React (or similar). - Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL). - Implement error handling, retry logic, and system monitoring. - Perform incident root cause analysis and production maintenance. - Optimize system performance and throughput. - Conduct code reviews; enforce best practices. - Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams for full delivery cycle. Required Skills - 3+ years professional full‑stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and Java. - Experience with React (or comparable) front‑end frameworks. - Solid database management knowledge (SQL and/or NoSQL). - Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Proficient with Git version control. Preferred Skills - Express.js,Nest.js, Spring Boot. - Docker, AWS. - GitLab CI/CD pipelines. - Experience in cross‑team collaborative environments. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
