Job Specifications

City: Glendale CA

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite (4 days a week)

Duration: 1 month with possible extension

Rate Range: Up to$100/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js) and Java
Experience with frontend frameworks such as React
Experience with database management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Experience with version control systems (Git)

Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable backend services using Node.js and Java
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
Build and maintain frontend components using React or similar frameworks
Design and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability
Implement robust error handling and retry mechanisms
Monitor production infrastructure and perform incident root cause analysis
Optimize system performance and throughput
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred: Experience with Express.js or Nest.js, Spring Boot, Docker, AWS, GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Preferred: Prior experience working in cross-team collaborative environments
