Job Description
**Job Title**: Information Technology Support Engineer **Role Summary**: Provide deskside IT support including hardware troubleshooting, software deployment, and end-user technical assistance. Collaborate remotely and document incidents using ITSM tools to ensure operational efficiency. **Expactations**: Problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, basic network diagnostics proficiency, and clear communication with users and remote teams. **Key Responsibilities**: - Deliver deskside support for end-users (IMAC activities). - Reimage and deploy PCs during refreshes or repairs. - Troubleshoot and replace desktop hardware, laptops, and peripherals. - Assist with Office 365 applications and Windows OS issues. - Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. - Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Perform basic switch power checks and console session setup. - Maintain timely, professional communication with users and team leads. **Required Skills**: - Windows desktop environment support. - Office 365 deskside expertise. - Device imaging, reimaging, and deployment practices. - Problem-solving and customer service capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications**: No specific requirements.Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL Foundation.
