**Job Title** Salesforce Administrator – France (Sales Enablement & Project Management) **Role Summary** Design, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM for the French market to support sales, marketing, and strategic projects. Serve as the primary Salesforce expert, ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and robust reporting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and contributing to tool evolution. **Expectations** - Own end‑to‑end Salesforce operations for French users (≈70 % of time). - Lead strategic Salesforce projects and cross‑functional initiatives (≈30 % of time). - Maintain high data quality, deliver actionable insights, and foster user proficiency. - Facilitate collaboration with marketing, sales, and external stakeholders. - Communicate with the broader group as France’s Salesforce champion. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **CRM Operations & Support** - Configure user and group permissions. - Import, export, and update data, ensuring integrity and quality. - Resolve incidents, analyze root causes, and provide corrective actions. - Produce and update sales dashboards and KPIs for sales teams and management. 2. **User Training & Adoption** - Organize onboarding and refresher sessions for corporate and franchise sales staff. - Update procedures and the User Training Book. - Conduct workshops to encourage tool usage and share best practices. 3. **Marketing B2B Campaigns** - Manage client and prospect segmentation. - Create and optimize marketing campaigns in partnership with marketing teams. 4. **Strategic Project Management** - Define, plan, and execute cross‑functional projects aligned with commercial strategy. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including other country teams). - Analyze customer portfolios and segmentations to support prospecting and retention. - Correlate Salesforce KPIs with ERP data for integrated insights. 5. **Group Engagement** - Act as Salesforce champion for France, participating in monthly calls and quarterly meetings with 9 other countries. - Contribute to Salesforce evolution projects, ensuring alignment with user needs. **Required Skills** - Minimum 1 year hands‑on Salesforce administration experience. - Functional knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot. - Proficiency with Google Workspace. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Ability to work autonomously and respond proactively to business needs. - B2B e‑commerce mindset with a focus on customer orientation. - Professional English (oral + written) required. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s (M1/M2) level in Project Management, Data, or CRM, or equivalent professional experience. - Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (not mandatory).
