**Job Title**
Security Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead enterprise‑level security and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. Manage high‑impact initiatives such as Windows 11 migration for ~6,000 users, ITSM platform shift, DLP implementation, and SOC 2 compliance. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, secure resources, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
**Expectations**
- Oversee 4–8 years of managed projects, demonstrating project lifecycle command.
- Apply PMP/PMI certification standards in all planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance mandates, and industry best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Lead project meetings, facilitate stakeholder communication, and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with IT, security, compliance, and business units to align objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and track risk registers.
- Monitor performance metrics, apply corrective actions, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Drive change management for technology transitions, training, and adoption.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project documentation to senior leadership.
**Required Skills**
- Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, SOC 2 compliance, DLP solutions, and ITIL principles.
- Experience migrating Windows environments and IT Service Management platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex systems, identify dependencies, and design integration plans.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Data‑driven decision making with focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI certification required.*
