**Job Title**: Supply Chain ERP Business Analyst
**Role Summary**
Lead functional analysis and system configuration for a large‑scale ERP transformation focused on forecasting, demand & production planning, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
**Expectations**
- 5 + years of business analyst or functional ERP experience in manufacturing supply chain.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Experience leading testing (SIT/UAT), issue resolution, and go‑live support.
- US citizenship or legal permanent residency required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with supply‑chain, operations, and planning teams to gather and document requirements.
- Design and document future‑state processes for forecasting, demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Lead system testing activities (SIT, UAT), resolve defects, and ensure readiness for go‑live.
- Create and deliver training materials; support end‑user training for supply‑chain and operations staff.
- Provide post‑go‑live support to ensure adoption and process stability.
**Required Skills**
- Functional knowledge of MRP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and production scheduling.
- Hands‑on ERP or supply‑chain planning system implementation experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, operations, finance, and planning.
- Familiarity with Infor M3 and/or other supply‑chain planning tools (e.g., Outperform, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, o9).
**Preferred Experience**
- Discrete or process manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or multi‑phase rollouts.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- ERP or supply‑chain certification (e.g., IIM‑C, APICS CSP, or equivalent) – preferred.
