We are seeking a hands-on ERP Supply Chain Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation from legacy systems. This role plays a critical part in modernizing forecasting, demand planning, and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly collaborative transformation programs and enjoys bridging business needs with technical execution.
What You’ll Do
Partner with supply chain, operations, and planning teams to gather requirements and design future-state processes
Support sales forecasting, demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory planning workstreams
Collaborate closely with technical teams on system configuration, integrations, data migration, and reporting
Lead and support system testing activities (SIT, UAT), issue resolution, and go-live readiness
Develop training materials and support end-user training across supply chain and operations teams
Provide post–go-live support to ensure adoption and process stability
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Business Analyst or functional ERP experience
Strong background in manufacturing supply chain processes, including MRP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory, and production scheduling
Hands-on experience supporting ERP or supply chain planning system implementations
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical needs
Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, operations, finance, and planning teams
Preferred Experience
Infor M3 experience
Supply chain planning tools such as Outperform, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar
Process or discrete manufacturing environments
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or multi-phase rollouts
