Job Description

Job Title: Cloud Engineer Role Summary: Designed and maintained hybrid IT environments, combining enterprise on‑premise infrastructure with Microsoft Azure. Focused on automation, scalability, security, and performance, leveraging IaC and DevOps pipelines. Expatitions: • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure (cloud, virtualization, networking, Active Directory). • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate cross‑functionally. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage Windows/Linux servers, virtual machines, networking, and storage. - Administer hybrid Azure and on‑prem infrastructure ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. - Automate deployments and configuration using Azure DevOps and Terraform. - Support core networking components (switches, firewalls, VPNs) and telephony systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, driving continuous improvement. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, Azure DevOps, and IaC with Terraform. - Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent). - Strong understanding of virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, KVM), networking protocols, and AD/ LDAP. - Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and security hardening. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent.
