We're Hiring: Infrastructure Engineer (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about building, optimizing, and automating modern IT environments? We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our tech-forward team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work across both cloud and on-premise systems, with a strong emphasis on automation, performance, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Manage enterprise infrastructure spanning Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, and storage.
Oversee hybrid environments in Azure and on-prem, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
Automate deployments using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Support core networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs) and telephony systems.
Lead and execute tech initiatives that support business growth and resilience.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in enterprise infrastructure (cloud, virtualization, networking, AD).
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Terraform, and scripting.
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead projects and adapt quickly.
