**Job Title**
Project Manager – Oracle HCM/ERP Transformation
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate delivery of a large-scale People & Culture transformation program focused on Oracle HCM Cloud, with exposure to Finance processes. Manage multiple change workstreams, ensuring governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment to achieve timely, compliant outcomes in a global, regulated environment.
**Expectations**
- Successfully deliver complex change initiatives across People & Culture functions (Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Performance, OTL, Workforce Compensation).
- Maintain rigorous governance, RAID management, and structured reporting.
- Build and sustain trust with senior stakeholders, HR, technology, and external partners.
- Drive clarity on scope, schedules, business impacts, resources, and success metrics.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Lead delivery of multiple change workstreams within the transformation program.
2. Develop planning, delivery frameworks, RAID registers, and progress reports.
3. Facilitate scope definition, scheduling, impact analysis, resourcing, and success measurement with People & Culture, Technology, Finance, and delivery partners.
4. Oversee design, configuration, testing, cutover, and readiness activities, ensuring governance oversight.
5. Document, communicate, and escalate programme artefacts, decisions, risks, dependencies, and change controls consistently.
6. Engage senior business stakeholders and program leadership to provide transparent progress updates, issue resolution, and decision support.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience delivering complex change programmes in global or regulated settings.
- In‑depth knowledge of People & Culture operations (Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Performance, OTL, Workforce Compensation) and enterprise Finance processes.
- Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle ERP modules; Oracle platform familiarity preferred.
- Strong governance discipline: RAID management, structured reporting, documentation, stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to coordinate cross‑stream priorities, influence business and technical teams, and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle ERP certification desirable.
