Vice President of GTM Engineering
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, execution, and scaling of all go‑to‑market (GTM) systems, analytics, revenue technology, and AI operations to drive revenue growth from $85M to $300M+ and empower Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams with integrated data, tools, and insights.
**Expectations**
- Own strategic GTM system architecture and operational execution.
- Scale GTM functions to support high‑growth SaaS revenue targets.
- Build a high‑performance team of Ops, Analytics, and AI professionals.
- Foster data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional accountability.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Oversee GTM Ops, GTM Analytics, RevTech (CRM), and AI Ops functions, scaling each function with company growth.
2. Develop and maintain the company’s revenue data infrastructure, ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and actionable insights.
3. Drive AI and automation initiatives (lead scoring, forecasting, pipeline optimization) to increase speed, accuracy, and impact across GTM org.
4. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to design systems that enable growth, accountability, and seamless tech integrations.
5. Ensure data integrity, process discipline, and continuity across the GTM stack.
6. Build, mentor, and grow high‑performing teams across operations, analytics, and AI.
7. Communicate complex data insights to senior leadership (CEO, CRO) and translate them into strategic actions.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in GTM operations, systems, or analytics with 5+ years leading cross‑functional teams.
- Deep technical expertise in data architecture, analytics, and revenue systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
- Proven track record applying AI/ML, automation, or predictive analytics in GTM environments (forecasting, lead scoring, pipeline optimization).
- Experience scaling GTM systems for high‑growth B2B SaaS ($50M–$300M+ ARR).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent cross‑functional partnership and influence skills.
- Leadership experience hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performance teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or business field (required). MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
