Job Title: Staff Product Manager, Mobile
Role Summary: Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of an end‑to‑end agent–client collaboration experience across mobile and web platforms, driving engagement, retention, and transaction velocity for a high‑volume consumer real‑estate product.
Expactations:
- Shape and own a flagship initiative that integrates shared search, shortlists, messaging, notifications, and decision checkpoints.
- Translate user research, data insights, and AI tooling into actionable product specs.
- Lead rapid experimentation cycles to validate, iterate, and scale AI‑enabled collaboration features.
- Measure success through activation, engagement, and deal‑velocity metrics, ensuring that agents bring clients in, clients return weekly, and deals close faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agent–client collaboration.
- Conduct user research to uncover behavior gaps and validate solutions.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver a polished, intuitive UX that aligns with the platform’s aesthetic.
- Reactivate and strengthen core flows (shared search, shortlists, messaging, notifications, decision checkpoints).
- Leverage in‑house AI tooling for rapid prototyping, insight generation, and production‑ready specs.
- Run A/B and funnel experiments to improve key metrics.
- Own success metrics and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of product management experience, especially mobile products.
- Proven track record of building data‑driven experiences that increase trust, repeat engagement, and new habit formation.
- Strong systems and experience‑design skills with a keen eye for UI, data flows, and behavior change.
- Deep comfort with experimentation (funnels, metrics, test design, rapid iteration).
- Experience building AI‑assisted, signal‑driven features (recommendations, personalization, collaboration).
- Excellent partnership and influence skills across engineering, design, and research.
- High standards for clarity, polish, and precision.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience in real‑estate, marketplace, or multi‑sided consumer products is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Professional product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM) are a plus.
