Job Description
Job title: Head of FP&A Role Summary: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive bottom‑up financial planning and analysis framework for a multifaceted, growth‑stage business, driving accurate forecasting, performance insight, and commercial partnership with CFO and senior stakeholders. Expactations: • Deliver a fully integrated, revenue‑stream‑aligned FP&A model within 3 months of appointment. • Establish rigorous actual‑vs‑forecast discipline and rolling NOI forecasting that reflects operational realities. • Translate analysis into actionable decisions and measurable impact on value creation. • Build enduring relationships with operators and influence non‑finance leaders across a complex, multi‑site environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end FP&A models for all revenue streams. - Lead monthly variance analysis and performance reporting to senior leadership. - Develop rolling NOI forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic finance goals. - Partner with business units to gather operational insights and enhance financial assumptions. - Drive adoption of improved forecasting processes across finance and business teams. - Provide coaching and guidance on financial metrics to non‑finance stakeholders. Required Skills: - Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and cash‑flow projection. - Strong commercial acumen and proven business‑partnering experience. - Ability to influence senior leadership in a complex, multi‑site organization. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Experience with integrated bottom‑up planning and actual‑vs‑forecast discipline. Required Education & Certifications: - Chartered Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience at FP&A Manager or Head level, preferably in operations‑heavy industries such as hospitality, leisure, retail, ticketing, or food & beverage.
