We are working with the CFO of a large, complex, multi-site operating business at a pivotal stage in its evolution. The organisation operates across multiple revenue streams and third-party partners and is entering a period of heightened financial focus, financing activity, and value creation.

The CFO is seeking a Head of FP&A to bring rigour, insight, and operational realism to financial planning. The immediate priority is to move from an investor-led, top-down view to a robust bottom-up FP&A model, providing clear visibility of performance, risks, and commercial levers.

The role

Design and deliver a fully integrated bottom-up FP&A model across multiple revenue streams
Introduce strong Actual vs Forecast discipline and performance insight
Develop rolling NOI forecasts grounded in operational reality
Act as a commercial partner to the CFO and senior stakeholders, translating analysis into actionable business decisions
Engage directly with operators in a hands-on, business-facing capacity

The person

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA)
Operating at FP&A Manager or Head of FP&A level
Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record in business partnering
Robust financial modelling capability, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and cashflow
Confident influencing non-finance stakeholders and operating in complex environments
Experience in operational businesses such as hospitality, leisure, retail, ticketing, or Food & Beverage strongly preferred

This is a high-impact role with immediate visibility and influence, offered on an interim or interim-to-permanent basis with genuine scope to grow.
