Job title: Head of Digital Performance
Role Summary: Lead the global digital growth agenda, ensuring customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital platforms through data‑driven strategy, SEO, paid media, content, and AI‑enabled automation. Report to Head of Digital.
Expactations: • Deliver measurable increases in qualified leads and conversions. • Drive end‑to‑end integrated campaigns. • Implement SEO best practices and governance. • Embed AI and marketing automation to optimise personalisation and predictive insights. • Lead change management for digital transformation initiatives. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, marketing, sales, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and activate global digital growth strategy. • Manage integrated campaigns (SEO, paid media, social, email, content). • Set and monitor KPIs, analyse performance with Power BI and Google Analytics. • Oversee SEO performance across all platforms. • Deploy marketing automation (HubSpot or similar) and CRM (Salesforce). • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for digital marketing, automation, and AI. • Support user testing, training, and adoption of new digital tools. • Lead or mentor a high‑performance digital team.
Required Skills: • Global digital marketing and growth strategy experience. • SEO, paid media, social, email, and content marketing expertise. • Marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM (Salesforce). • Analytics: Google Analytics, Power BI, and performance reporting. • AI integration for personalisation and predictive insights. • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset. • Excellent written and verbal English communication. • Collaborative, stakeholder‑oriented, and capable of constructive challenge. • Leadership experience in complex, multi‑channel environments.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, SEO Certification) preferred.
