Job Description
Job title: B2B Commercial – Zeop Enterprise Role Summary: Drive sales of high‑bandwidth internet, fixed & mobile telephony, and cybersecurity solutions for groups, SMEs, and micro‑enterprises. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation, deployment coordination, and post‑sale support—while maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty. Expactations: Deliver quarterly revenue targets; proactively identify new business opportunities; maintain a high pipeline of qualified leads; achieve high client retention and minimize churn; accurately forecast sales and update CRM data weekly. Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate new leads across all Zeop Enterprise solutions. • Qualify prospects’ needs and craft competitive, tailored proposals. • Prepare and negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements. • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless service deployment. • Maintain and grow a client portfolio, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and upsell opportunities. • Participate in collections and dispute resolution with managerial support. • Update HubSpot CRM, produce weekly and monthly activity reports. • Conduct market intelligence: track competitors, pricing, and customer trends. • Optimize time management to meet visit and call quotas. • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and conferences as directed. Required Skills: • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications, IT, or cybersecurity. • Strong prospecting, qualification, and closing abilities. • Technical aptitude to discuss product features with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Proactive, results‑driven mindset with high resilience and curiosity. • Client‑focused, empathetic, and persuasive. • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office. Required Education & Certifications: • Minimum equivalent of a 2‑year university degree (Bac+2). • Relevant certifications in telecommunications or cybersecurity sales are advantageous.
