Job Description

**Job title:** Project / Program Manager – Salesforce **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce CRM initiatives, managing implementations, enhancements, and enterprise transformation programs. Coordinate cross‑functional, distributed teams and engage business and technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope. **Expectations:** * Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to delivery. * Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities. * Maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers. * Deliver measurable improvements to CRM processes and system performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports. * Lead cross‑functional teams (Salesforce admins, developers, business analysts, QA, integration specialists). * Conduct risk assessments, mitigation planning, and issue resolution. * Coordinate data migration, API integrations, and middleware configurations. * Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos). * Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards. * Drive continuous improvement of processes and toolsets. **Required Skills:** * 8+ years of project/program management experience. * 3+ years managing Salesforce implementations and enhancements. * Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Customer Lifecycle). * Proven experience with integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration. * Strong risk and stakeholder management capabilities. * Experience leading distributed, cross‑functional teams. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. * Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Advanced Administrator) preferred.
