Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager with Salesforce expertise to lead end-to-end CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and enterprise transformation programs while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Project / Program Management

3+ years managing Salesforce implementations

Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Customer Lifecycle)

Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

Strong risk management and stakeholder management skills

Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
